One of Steve's favorite quotes is Thomas
Edison's statement that "genius is 1% inspiration and
99% perspiration". Steve is always pointing out that
there are many examples of "perspiration" at Rambow.
"Perspiration" in the form of the many different
techniques and strategies we've applied to "invent"
new or improved methods of embroidery, screen print, and
now online service to our customers. Steve also points out
that Edison’s statement: ‘We have successfully
developed 500 ways in which the light bulb will not work’
well describes our persistent mission to perfect our ‘light
bulb’.
Brad has over 20 years experience in
Sales & Marketing both with Fortune 500 firms as well
as small business. Brad finds it very satisfying to work
with customers to learn how we can continue to meet their
needs and enjoys sharing this information working with
the Management Team. Brad has maintained a residence in
New London since 1989 and lives there with his wife. They
have three daughters.
Steve brings 21 years of experience
in sales and finds it very satisfying to help fill customers
needs. His hobbies include golf and fishing. He and his
wife, Debbie, live in New London with their three children,
Andy, Jack, and Erica. Steve can claim to have an extended
family when he's coaching basketball or baseball.
Jon Austvold - Rambow

After graduating from St. Cloud State,
Jon became one of our first direct salesmen. He has been
with us since 1988. Jon specializes in corporate identity
and incentive programs. He enjoys bringing new ideas to
his customers to help them promote their business. Jon
loves many outdoor activities including golf, fishing,
and hunting. He also coaches several of his kid's teams.
Jon's wife, Sherri, is an elementary teacher and they
live in the New London-Spicer area and have 4 children,
Chase, Treyton, Espi, and Sophia.
Ben begins his 9th year of dedication
to our customers. After graduating with a marketing degree
from the University of Minnesota, Ben found his stride
in marketing/sales consultant with Rambow in the fall
of 1998. Combined with his intense drive to exceed our
customers’ needs and expectations and making the
purchasing experience a fulfilling one, Ben also brings
an artistic flare to the table. “I want to make
sure my customer looks the best they can!” Ben is
passionate about his family, raising children Delaney,
Aubrey, and Jace with his wife, Jennifer in their hometown
of Cold Spring. Otherwise, you can find him at the ballpark,
at the gym, or tackling home projects.
Jon (JR) Rambow - Rambow

Jon was hired as Rambow's first direct
salesman. Since 1988, he's been getting his customers
what they want when they want it. Jon's hobbies include coaching
his sons youth sports teams, camping, hunting, golfing,
basketball, ice fishing and playing amateur baseball with
the Granite Falls Kilowatts. Jon, his wife Sharon,
and their three sons, Jacob, Austin, and Dalton, live
just outside of Willmar, MN.
Paul Hannig is a Willmar High School
graduate, and a St. Cloud State graduate who majored in
physical education and minoring in health education. Prior
to working at Rambow, Paul worked in management with Hirshfield's
Paint. With Paul's strong athletic and corporate background,
he brings his expertise to the school and corporate markets.
Paul enjoys many athletic activities, especially golf,
baseball, basketball, softball. Paul and his wife reside
in Robbinsdale, MN.
Danielle grew up in the Sunburg area,
graduating from Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg high school.
She then attended the University of West Florida and Ridgewater
College, graduating from Ridgewater with a Computer Publishing
diploma. After spending 3 years in sales and marketing,
Danielle gained interest and experience in the field of
marketing and graphic design for marketing materials.
She joined Rambow in late December 2007 and is excited
to take on new responsibilities to further her professional
development. Danielle lives in Murdock with her fiancée
Jayson.
