	Jill Ardoff - Customer Service Representative Jill lives in rural New London with her husband & daughter. In her spare time she enjoys photography and spending time with her family.
	Kristin Edwardson - Customer Service Representative For Kristin, the phrase “exceed expectations” sums up her customer service skills. She enjoys talking on the phone with her customers and vendors to ensure that quality products are delivered on time. Kristin has an AAS degree in Business Management from Ridgewater College. Outside work, she enjoys camping, fishing trips to Canada, spending time with family, or just being outdoors. Kristin and her husband, along with 2 step children, live in rural New London.
	Aj Hadley - Customer Service Representative Aj received a BS degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He started working at Rambow in September of 2010. Aj enjoys playing baseball for the Regal Eagles and spending time with his 2 year old son Brody.
	Joan Conway - Production Manager Joan is our Production Manager and also in charge of contract embroidery sales. With a degree in Advertising Layout and a sewing background, Joan began in the Embroidery Dept. in 1986. Her fascination with the machines and processes has helped our embroidery department grow. Joan lives in Atwater, MN with her husband Joe and family.
	Scott Rambow - Marketing Coordinator Scott Graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a degree in Business Administration along with a degree in Sports Management. Scott had worked in production at Rambow during the summer for 5 years. Some of his hobbies include playing baseball and basketball, hunting and fishing. Scott and his wife reside in New London, MN.
	Jamie Iverson - Art Director Jamie is our Art Director and has been with Rambow for over 18 years. He has seen huge changes in technology over the years, but the Rambow commitment to creating exciting, quality graphics has been the same since day one. With a BFA degree in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University, Jamie specializes in embroidery digitizing and takes pride in using stitches to bring a design to life. Jamie lives in New London with his wife Laurel and son Phillip.
	Timberly Kremer - Graphic Designer Timberly graduated from Ridgewater College in 2006 with a Liberal Arts AA Degree. Her interest in computer design then lead her to achieve a Computer Publishing Diploma in 2007. She joined Rambow in the fall of 2007. Embroidery is a new and exciting medium for Timberly and she is continually learning new embroidery processes. Timberly enjoys reading and spending time with family; she lives in Willmar, MN.
	Teri Frass - Graphic Designer Teri has served the decorated apparel industry since 1983 in several capacities including graphic designer, embroidery digitizer, sales manager and art director. Joining the Rambow team in 2005, screen print art has become her primary focus. Teri says, “Rambow Inc.’s insistence on maintaining the highest standards while allowing me to apply my evolving inspirations to my work makes me look forward to returning to this desk every morning. Each work day brings opportunity for new invention.” Teri and her husband Joe live among the deer and pheasants in rural New London.
