Edwardson - Customer Service Representative
For Kristin, the phrase “exceed expectations” sums
up her customer service skills. She enjoys talking on the phone
with her customers and vendors to ensure that quality products
are delivered on time. Kristin has an AAS degree in Business
Management from Ridgewater College. Outside work, she enjoys
camping, fishing trips to Canada, spending time with family,
or just being outdoors. Kristin and her husband, along with
2 step children, live in rural New London. |

Jennifer
Gjerde - Customer Service Representative
Jennifer graduated in 2004 with a Fashion Marketing Management
degree from MSCTC in Moorhead, MN. Jennifer began her career
in the custom logo apparel market in 2005 as an Assistant Product
Developer/Buyer for Caesars/Harrah’s Entertainment in
Las Vegas, NV. She developed domestic apparel and imported custom
designed apparel for gaming markets nation wide. Jennifer relocated
to Minnesota in 2007, joining the team at Rambow, Inc., in October.
Jennifer resides in Willmar. |

Joan
Conway - Production Manager
Joan is our Production Manager and also in charge of contract
embroidery sales. With a degree in Advertising Layout and a
sewing background, Joan began in the Embroidery Dept. in 1986.
Her fascination with the machines and processes has helped our
embroidery department grow. Joan lives in Atwater, MN with her
husband Joe and family. |
